We just want to make sure we told you how amazing our Valentine’s Dinner was on Saturday evening. The room, as always, was gorgeous and we felt such fond memories just being seated. The oyster appetizers were outstanding and the salad (Sharon) was gorgeous and delicious. The prime rib was one of the best ever, cooked to perfection, great portion and wonderfully complemented by the Yukon Gold taters and fresh veggies. The duck was beyond special with that maple glaze and the polenta was a perfect pairing. Dan’s apple tart was delightful with just the right balance of flaky crust and tender, juicy fruit not over-baked! All in all it was a wonderful meal enjoyed with several glasses of great red wines, great background music and again, a room that never fails to charm. Thank you for what surely was a great effort to produce such excellent fare helping this couple make celebrating Valentine’s weekend a great (and tasty!) success!
